About these Procedures

These procedures should be used by local authority staff working in the Learning Disability Joint Care Management Teams. They will help ensure that the requirements of the local authority under Part 1 of the Care Act 2014 are met. Health colleagues working in the teams should refer to their own procedures and processes outside of this site.
