Using these Procedures

These procedures should be used by Reablement SkILs practitioners to support the processes of:

1. Reablement planning;
2. Arranging reablement services;
3. Monitoring and reviewing reablement.

All procedure related to the delivery of the reablement service can be found in the Local Resources area of outside of the tri.x site.
